Link Scheme

The SIS Link Scheme has been set up to offer assistance or advice to people in their own area.

If you live in a particular area and would like to speak to someone who knows about that area well we could possibly put you in contact with them.

The link scheme is designed to put people together in different areas so they can find out what is accessible to them and also others. We have a number of volunteers on our database who are willing to give up their time to help find out what is available in specific areas.
